I sit between the people who need software and the people who build it. Lately, I’ve been both.

Most recently I was the Forward Deployed Engineer and Director of UX at SAPinsider, where I built Mastering SAP Collaborate, an AI-personalized event platform running on live event data, and developed Autonoma, an AI knowledge application for SAP professionals. Both started as a conversation with a stakeholder and ended as working software.

Before that, more than a decade of customer discovery, experience design and delivery: the FM.com redesign and enterprise design system at FM Global, research and design for BankofAmerica.com through Digitas, landing pages for national brands at Thesis, and independent client work through VE Digital since 2018.

The part I care about most is the first conversation: sitting with the people who have the problem, finding out what they actually need, and shipping something they can use before the requirements are perfect. I build with React, Supabase and server-side AI functions, using AI-assisted development and reviewing every change.

I’m based in New York, work remotely across the US, and speak English, Spanish and Russian. When I’m not designing I’m probably at the piano.
