Work

Things I’ve designed and built.

Selected projects. Each one says what the customer needed, what I built, and what shipped. Where there is engineering worth walking through, there is a case study.

Mastering SAP Collaborate

AI-personalized event platform · SAPinsider · 2026 · Live

An event site that writes each visitor their own guide to the day from the live agenda: the sessions that fit and why, who to bring, how to get approval, venue and pricing. Visitors describe their role by text, voice, guided choices or chat.

What I did: scoped it with the event team, designed it inside the existing brands, and built it end to end, largely on my own. React on a Supabase backend, AI in server-side functions, and the agenda synced from Swoogo behind a drift check, so nothing is re-keyed. One timed run on the live site produced a six-section guide in 12.6 seconds.

Events Manager

Internal event-operations platform · SAPinsider · 2026

One workspace for running a portfolio of events: a command centre for pipeline, revenue, attendance and risk across every active event, and underneath it the day-to-day work — the multiday agenda, speakers, sponsors and tiers, for each event in turn.

What I did: worked with managers and stakeholders to turn the company’s event-management needs into a working application. Built it from scratch with Lovable and integrated the company’s existing Swoogo API feed, so event information lands in one place and flows out to the connected event websites. Requirements gathering through development and integration.

AI knowledge application · SAPinsider · 2026 · In development

One application for finding SAPinsider’s content, whichever way you start: topics, events, community conversations, or a question to Ask Insider.

What I did: product strategy, UX/UI, implementation and integrations, with broad ownership. In development when my role ended in August 2026.

FM.com and the Resilience Index

Enterprise design · FM Global · 2022–2024

FM Global rebranded in 2024. I led experience design for the FM.com redesign and the marketing design system that lets its teams publish consistently, working with the development teams implementing it in Sitecore. Separately, I ran task-based usability research on the FM Global Resilience Index, an interactive data product, and turned the findings into recommendations the product team could act on.

What I did: senior-stakeholder discovery, information architecture, Figma and HTML prototypes, the design system, and the research.

SAPinsider Las Vegas

Event website, 2026 and 2027 editions · SAPinsider

The website for SAPinsider’s flagship Las Vegas conference, where 2,000+ SAP professionals gather: what you’ll learn, why attend, featured talks and speakers, tracks, a “convince your boss” section and registration. Two editions: 2026, and the fuller 2027 build.

What I did: designed and built both editions in Framer, from structure and copy hierarchy to the finished pages.

SAPinsider.org, redesigned

New design for sapinsider.org · SAPinsider · 2026

A new design for sapinsider.org, SAPinsider’s content and community site: an AI assistant (SAPi AI) on the front page, featured selections, the latest articles, membership, research, events, webinars and podcasts in one clean structure.

What I did: designed it and built it as a working site, so it could be judged as the real thing rather than a mockup.

Center City Dermatology

Practice website · client work · 2026 · In progress

A website for a dermatology practice with three offices, organized around the questions a patient actually has: which service, which provider, which office, and how to book. A phone line and an appointment request are never more than a tap away.

What I did: strategy and scoping with the practice, information architecture, visual design and the build. Booking integration and launch are next.

AI-assisted video highlights · product design · 2024

A tool that takes raw footage or a URL, finds the highlights, and hands them to the user with an editor, a clip library and sharing. The design had to make the AI useful without taking control away from the person editing.

What I did: product design end to end over three months, from research, personas and journeys through wireframes, the interface and a design system, working with the development team on the AI integration.
