01The situation
SAPinsider publishes articles, research and event programs for people who run SAP systems, and hosts the community around them. That content lives in several places and formats.
A reader with a specific problem, say a clean-core migration coming up, wants the few pieces that matter for their situation and a way to ask the next question. Autonoma is one application for finding SAPinsider’s content, whichever way you start.
02How it works
- Home opens on what’s current: event programs and the community.
- Topic entry points cover the questions people bring: SAP transformation, clean core, AI, finance, security, team strategy.
- Ask Insider is a question interface with suggested prompts, so the first move is easy.
- Conversations, events, saved items and history sit in the same navigation, so discovery and conversation share one structure.
03What I did
Product strategy, the UX and interface design, implementation, and the integrations that bring the content in.
The first iteration explored abstract starting modes: catch up on a topic, find evidence, pressure-test an idea. Working with the real content moved the design toward the concrete: what’s happening, who’s here, what do you want to know. The current preview reflects that.
In development when my role at SAPinsider ended in August 2026. The preview shows the working interface for topics, events, content and the question flow. Open the development preview.
