01The situation
The practice offers medical, surgical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology across three locations, each with its own hours and directions. Patients arrive with a problem, a provider’s name, or a convenient office, and want to get to the right place quickly.
Most practice websites put everything on the page at once. This one is organized around the questions a patient actually has: which service, which provider, which office, and how to book.
02How it works
- Services grouped the way patients think about them: medical, surgical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic treatments, specialty care.
- Provider profiles, with a clear path into the team for anyone who came with a name.
- Location pages with contact details, maps and directions for each office.
- Patient resources and categorized FAQs, with a phone number and an appointment request never more than a tap away.
03What I did
Strategy and scoping with the practice, the information architecture, visual design, and the build. Independent client work through VE Digital.
